RETURN POLICY

You can return items purchased for any reason (including change of mind) within 7 days of delivery subject to the following criteria:

  1. Proof of purchase must be provided.
  2. You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 7 days of delivery. We will email you a Return Number.
  3. The item must be returned to us in new and un-used condition with all original packaging and tags.
  4. If you discard, destroy or are unable to re-use the original packaging due to misadventure suffered to it whilst in your care, you must replace the packaging with the same or similar materials. Items returned that have been damaged in-transit due to incorrect re-packaging will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are packaged in the exact same way as they were originally sent.
  5. The item must be complete with all parts, instructions and tools.
  6. All returned items are inspected to ensure the above .
  7. Upon successful inspection ,you will be refunded the purchase price minus the restocking fee (20% of purchase price).
  8. Door-to-door delivery charges are non-refundable.
  9. The customer will be responsible for the return freight costs.
  10. Microgiant Ltd does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend that you use a delivery service that provides tracking and door to door delivery. 

 

 

Please choose carefully. Returning bulky items is a tenuous affair for customer and retailer alike.

What is the restocking fee?

If you decide to return a product that is not faulty, we will charge 20% restocking fee of the sale price to cover the costs of re-warehousing the item.


For faulty goods return & payment refund:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us or email us at microgiantmei@gmail.com. Please quote your invoice number and, if possible, provide photographs of the fault(s). We will take the necessary steps to assess your warranty claim and will contact you to advise of the outcome within a reasonable time frame. Once your claim has been approved we will advise the steps for remediation. If we are unable to repair or replace the item within a reasonable period of time, we will offer a refund. Refunds will normally be processed within ten (10) days. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used.
